Directions
From the North: Take I-5 South to Exit 292 (Kruse Way/Hwy 217) . Turn right and follow signs to Hwy 217 North. Follow Hwy 217 North to Exit 5 (SW Greenburg Road). Turn right onto SW Greenburg Road and make another immediate right onto SW Oak Street. Turn left into the Lincoln Health Center parking area. From the South: Take I-5 North to Exit 292-A to Hwy 217 towards Beaverton/Tigard. Follow Hwy 217 North to Exit 5 (SW Greenburg Road). Turn right onto SW Greenburg Road and make another immediate right onto SW Oak Street. Turn left into the Lincoln Health Center parking area.
