Jim underwent back surgery in February of 2006 to repair a herniated disc in his lumbar spine. Unfortunately, the surgery did not help him and he was continuing to have pain and significant disability that prevented him from working and enjoying his time with his family. Even the simplest things, walking and dressing, were extremely difficult at the time he came to the Lordex Spine Institute.

 After completing his program at Lordex, his pain levels had diminished significantly and he was able to return to work and truly 'take back his life.'
